`On February 27, 2015, Petitioner filed two Petitions requesting inter
`
`partes review of U.S. Patent No. 8,532,641 B2. See IPR2015-00820, Paper
`
`1; IPR2015-00821, Paper 1. Petitioner concurrently filed Motions for
`
`Joinder requesting that IPR2015-00820 be joined with IPR2014-01184 and
`
`IPR2015-00821 be joined with IPR2014-01181, which are also directed to
`
`U.S. Patent No. 8,532,641 B2. See IPR2015-00820, Paper 3; IPR2015-
`
`00821, Paper 3. Petitioner also requested that Patent Owner’s Preliminary
`
`Responses be expedited. Id.
`
`
`
`We hereby set a briefing schedule for the Motions for Joinder. Patent
`
`Owner shall file its Oppositions to the Motions for Joinder, if any, by April
`
`1, 2015. Petitioner shall file its replies, if any, by April 6, 2015. At this
`
`time, however, we do not intend to expedite the briefing of Patent Owner’s
`
`Preliminary Response.
`

`
`If the parties have any questions or need clarification, they may
`
`request a conference call with the Board.
`

`
`
`It is, therefore,
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file its Oppositions to the Motions
`
`for Joinder in IPR2015-00820 and IPR2015-00821 on, or before, April 1,
`
`2015;
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file its Replies to the
`
`Oppositions on, or before, April 6, 2015; and
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response is
`
`not, at this time, expedited.
