`Court for the Eastern District of Virginia entered a Memorandum Opinion and

`Order in the consolidated multidistrict litigation, finding all of the claims of the
`
`‘295 patent invalid under 35 U.S.C. § 101 and claims 1-16, 25 and 26 invalid

`under 35 U.S.C. § 112(f). A notice of appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for
`
`the Federal Circuit was filed February 20, 2015.
