`This Court held a Phone Status on March 27, 2015. Counsel present: Michael Jacob and

`Thomas Young for Plaintiff; Philip Bautista and Thomas DeVoe for Defendant.

`For reasons discussed during the phone call and in Plaintiff’s Response (Doc. 43), Defendant’s
`
`Motion to Stay Action Pending Inter Partes Review (Doc. 42) is denied. This Court finds that
`
`continued efforts to resolve this case is in the best interest of judicial economy, and any future
`
`decisions from the Patent Office can be considered when they occur. For now, counsel shall focus
`
`discovery efforts on matters relevant to the May 18, 2015 Markman hearing.
`
`In light of delay due to recent efforts at mediation, the deadline for exchange of expert reports
`
`is vacated. Counsel shall jointly propose by e-mail (Zouhary_Chambers@ohnd.uscourts.gov) revised
`
`case deadlines; the joint proposal should be submitted before the next Phone Status, set for Friday,
`
`April 24, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. Counsel shall use the District Court conference line.
