`(“ULC”) respectfully moves the Court to stay this action pending completion of the inter partes
`
`review (IPR) of one of the patents at issue in this suit, Patent No. 8,585,136 (the “’136 Patent”),
`
`by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). For the reasons set forth in more
`
`detail in the attached Memorandum in Support, ULC’s motion to stay should be granted.
`
`In light of the March 19, 2015 mediation between the parties and with the Court’s
`
`approval, ULC and Plaintiff/Counterclaim-Defendant Sauder Manufacturing Co. (“Sauder”)
`
`stipulate to Sauder’s responding to this motion under the time period described under Loc. R. 7.1
`
`and Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(d), i.e. seventeen days, as calculated from the earlier of the termination of
`
`the mediation or the March 27, 2015 status conference with the Court.
