`On October 29, 2015, Petitioner filed its Unopposed Motion to
`Correct Clerical Error. Paper 29 (“Mot.”). In its Motion, Petitioner moves
`to file a corrected Exhibit 1005 that includes page 262 from More HTML for
`Dummies (2d ed. 1997) by Ed Tittel (“Tittel”), which Petitioner asserts it
`inadvertently omitted when the original Exhibit 1005 was filed with the
`Petition. Mot. 1–2. Petitioner explains that the Petition and Declaration of
`David Klausner both cite to page 262 of Tittel. Id. at 1. Accompanying
`Petitioner’s Motion is a Corrected Exhibit 1005 that includes page 262. The
`Motion asserts that it is unopposed by Patent Owner. Id. at 2.
`Under the circumstances, we are persuaded that it would be
`appropriate to allow the correction of Exhibit 1005.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Unopposed Motion to Correct Clerical
`Error of Exhibit 1005 is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Exhibit 1005 originally filed on February
`14, 2015 is expunged; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that the corrected copy of Exhibit 1005 filed
`on October 29, 2015 is entered in place of the originally filed Exhibit 1005.
