`Patent Owner filed a Motion for pro hac vice admission of Ms. Audrey

`Maness. Paper 12 (“Motion” or “Mot.”). Patent Owner also filed an affidavit of

`Ms. Maness in support of the Motion. Paper 13 (“Decl.”). Petitioner does not
`
`oppose the Motion. Mot. 5.
`
`We have reviewed the Motion and the accompanying declaration of Ms.
`
`Maness. The Motion states that Ms. Maness is familiar with the subject matter at
`
`issue in the proceeding by her involvement as “lead counsel in the pending district
`
`court case [in the Northern District of California]” captioned Richard A.
`
`Williamson, On Behalf of and as Trustee for At Home Bondholders’ Liquidating
`
`Trust v. Google Inc., No. 3:15-cv-00966-JD. The docket for the Northern District
`
`of California does not list Ms. Maness as lead counsel for Patent Owner in the
`
`identified district court case. Nevertheless, Ms. Maness is listed as an attorney of
`
`record in Case No. 5:15-cv-00966. Because the motion is unopposed and we are
`
`able to verify Ms. Maness’s official role in the pending district court cases
`
`involving the patent-at-issue in these proceedings, we are satisfied that Patent
`
`Owner has established sufficient facts showing good cause for admission pro hac
`
`vice in this proceeding. See Unified Patents v. Parallel Iron, Case IPR2013-00639
`
`(PTAB Oct. 15, 2013) (setting forth the requirements for pro hac vice admission)
`
`(Paper 7).
