`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, the Board’s August 14, 2015 Scheduling
`
`Order (Paper 15), Petitioner Google Inc. respectfully requests oral argument, which
`
`is currently scheduled for April 7, 2016. Petitioner requests at least 45 minutes per
`
`side for the oral argument.
`
`Petitioner specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
`1. Whether claims 49, 5 1-53, 55-59, 61-67, and 70-73 are unpatentable
`
`under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over Angles (Ex. 10 12) in view of Merriman
`
`(Ex. 1013), and further in view of HTTP 1.0 (Ex. 1008);
`
`2. Whether claims 50 and 69 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
`
`over Angles in view of Merriman, further in view ofHTTP1 .0, and
`
`further in view Davis (Ex. 1014);
`
`3. Any issues specified by Patent Owner At Home Bondholders’
`
`Liquidating Trust in its Request for Oral Argument;
`
`4. Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters; and
`
`5. Any other outstanding motions and pleadings, and other issues that
`
`the Board deems necessary for issuing a Final Written Decision.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`possible demonstratives and exhibits, including the use of a computer, projector,
`
`and screen.
