`Owner Richard A. Williamson, on behalf of and as Trustee for At Home

`Bondholders’ Liquidating Trust (“Patent Owner”) respectfully requests oral

`argument for the hearing currently scheduled for April 07, 2016 in IPR2015-00657
`
`(consolidated with IPR2015-00660) relating to claims 49-53, 55-59, 61-67, and 69-

`73 of U.S. Patent 6,286,045 (“the ’045 Patent”). To allow for a complete review of
`
`the issues presented in this preceding, Patent Owner requests one hour of argument
`
`time. Patent Owner relies on its briefing and evidence in the record for any and all
`
`remaining issues not specifically identified for oral argument.

`A. Whether claims 49, 51-53, 55-58, 64-67, 70-71 of the ’045 Patent are

`obvious over the combination of Angles, Merriman, and HTTP1.0.
`
`B. Whether claims 50 and 69 of the ’045 Patent are obvious over the

`combination of Angles, Merriman, HTTP1.0 and Davis.
`
`C. Whether claims 59, 61-63, 72 and 73 of the ’045 Patent are obvious
`
`over the combination of Angles, Merriman, and HTTP1.0.

`D. Any issues identified by Petitioner Google in its Request for Oral
