`Owens Corning (“Petitioner”) hereby requests oral argument in the above-

`captioned proceeding pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), the Board’s Scheduling
`
`Order, dated August 13, 2015 (Paper 10). As set forth in the Scheduling Order,
`
`oral argument is currently scheduled for May 11, 2016. Petitioner requests a total
`
`of 20 minutes of oral argument to address the issues specified below in this IPR.
`
`ISSUES TO BE ARGUED
`
`Whether the challenged claims U.S. Patent No. 8,137,757 (Ex. 1001) are
`
`unpatentable for the grounds instituted:
`
`Whether claims 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
`
`as obvious over the combination of Lassiter and Hefele;
`
`Whether claims 1, 2, 4, and 6 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
`
`obvious over the combination of Lassiter and Bayer; and
`
`Whether claims 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7 are unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
`
`as obvious over the combination of Lassiter and Eaton.
`
`Owens Corning requests that the Board provide audio-visual equipment for
`
`computer connection to display demonstrative exhibits and presentations.
