`On January 28, 2OL4, the Court issued an Opinion and Order
`finding in favor of Plaintiff Endo pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the
`"Plaintj-ff" or "Endo"). (Dkt. Ents. 226, 221.) Nov¡ before the
`court are several- motions filed by the parties:
`(l) a motion to
`enforce the settJ-ement agreement, filed by Defendants Mylan
`Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Mylan fnc. (the ,.Defendants,, or
`"MyÌan") (Dkt. Ent. 231) ; (2) a motion for rel-ief f rom fÍnal
`judgment pursuant to Federal RuLe of Civil procedure 60 (b) ,
`filed by Defendants (Dkt. Ent. 253); and (3) a motion for entry
`judgment, filed by Plaintiff
`of final
`iDkt. Ent. 23O). On March
`78, 2014, the Court conducted a hearing on Defendants'motion to
`enforce the settlement.
