`report is attached to this declaration as Exhibit A.

`4. The testing described in Exhibit A utilized a PerkinElmer DSC6000. A
`
`calibration check was performed on that instrument before the testing.

`5. The information contained in the report attached as Exhibit A is true and
`

`Dear Jason:
`
`We received samples on Friday. Samples were cut into small segments using a diamond saw.
`One or two segments of ~ 5 mm were found to weigh between 5-15 milligrams and this mass
`give adequate response in the DSC. A PerkinElmer DSC6000 with Intracooler 2 was used for all
`runs. The instrument was calibrated to the manufacturer’s specifications using indium and zinc
`standard supplied by them. A check on the indium after calibration gave a value of versus
`156.61ºC. Samples were placed in an open pan, cooled to -65ºC, held for 1 minute to allow the
`instrument to stabilize, and heated to 100 ºC at 10ºC per minute before cooling at the same rate
`to -65ºC under dry N2 (20 cc/min). Excluding the samples used to tune the method, three runs
`were done from each container. These are reported on the following pages and any peaks seen
`were measured. Unless told otherwise, we will disposal of all samples in 30 days.
`
