`As authorized by the Notice of Filing Date Accorded to the Petition

`(Paper 3), Gold Standard Instruments, LLC (“Patent Owner”) filed a “Motion for
`
`Pro Hac Vice Admission of Steven Lieberman.” Paper 6.1 US Endodontics, LLC
`
`(“Petitioner”) has filed no opposition to the motion. The motion is granted. See
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c); see also IPR2013-00639, Paper 72 (setting forth requirements
`
`for pro hac vice admission).
`

`It is
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion for pro hac vice admission is
`
`granted, and Mr. Lieberman is authorized to represent Petitioner as back-up
`
`counsel in IPR2015-00632;
`
`
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a registered
`
`practitioner as lead counsel in this inter partes review proceeding; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Lieberman is to comply with the Office
`
`Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth
`
`in Title 37, Part 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and that Mr. Lieberman is
`
`subject to the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the
`
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
