`I have been practicing law for over twenty years and have been

`practicing in the field of intellectual property and particularly in patent litigation

`for most of that time.

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of California

`and am admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the

`Northern District of California. My California Bar membership number is 154737.

`I have never been suspended, disbarred, sanctioned, or cited for

`contempt by any court or administrative body.

`I have never had my application for admission to practice before any

`court or administrative body denied.

`developments in this proceeding. I am the lead counsel in the related Mako
`
`Surgical Corp. et al. v. Blue Belt Technologies Inc., No. 0:14-cv-61263-MGC
`
`(S.D. Fla.) litigation, which involves the same patent at issue in this proceeding
`
`and is currently stayed pending the outcome of IPR proceedings.
