`Petitioner, Nora Lighting, Inc. (“PETITIONER”) respectfully requests a

`refund of the post-institution filing fees ($14,000) for this inter partes review. On

`August 12, 2015, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board denied institution of IPR2015-
`
`00601 (paper No. #13).
`

`
`The total fee paid was $23,000 which includes the post-institution fee of
`
`$14,000. PETITIONER therefore respectfully requests that $14,000 be refunded
`
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. 42.15(a)(2).

`PETITIONER respectfully requests that the amount be credited to the credit
`
`card that was used to pay the fees.
