`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317 and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74, Petitioners Koito
`
`Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Koito) and Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. (Stanley) and Patent
`
`Owner Innovative Display Technologies, LLC (IDT) jointly request termination
`
`of the Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 6,886,956, Case No. IPR2015-
`
`00575. The Board authorized the parties to file this joint request in its July 23, 2015
`
`Order Authorizing Filing of Motion to Terminate (Paper 9).
`
`This inter partes review has not been instituted. Koito and Stanley filed its
`
`petition for inter partes review on January 15, 2015. IDT filed a preliminary
`
`response on May 6, 2015. The parties have settled all of their disputes involving
`
`U.S. Patent No. 6,886,956, and have reached agreement to jointly terminate this
`
`inter partes review. This Settlement Agreement has been made in writing, and a
`
`true and correct copy are being concurrently filed as Exhibit 1010 with this Office
`
`as business confidential information pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b). Copies of
`
`Orders dismissing related litigations Innovative Display Technologies LLC v.
`
`Nissan Motor Co., Ltd et al. C.A. (2:14-cv-202) (E.D. Texas); and Innovative
`
`Display Technologies, LLC v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc. et al. (2:14-cv-
`
`222) (E. D. Texas) are also being concurrently filed with this Office as Exhibits
`
`1011 and 1012, respectively. A copy of a Stipulation for Voluntary Partial
`
`
`

`Dismissal with respect to the Koito and Stanley products in Innovative Display
`
`
`
`Technologies LLC v General Motors Company (1:14-cv-00850-UNA) (D. Del.)

`Therefore, the parties respectfully request termination of this proceeding,
`
`IPR2015-00575, without prejudice.
