`These portions contain references to the Parties’ confidential business

`information and Patent Owner’s Motion for Additional Discovery Pursuant to 37

`C.F.R. § 42.51, which Patent Owner Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has requested to be
`
`sealed (see Paper No. 16 and Paper No. 25). Good cause therefore exists for
`
`sealing this information. Petitioner is filing a redacted copy of Par’s Opposition
`
`concurrently herewith.

`For the foregoing reasons, Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board

`enter an order sealing the unredacted version of Par’s Opposition.
