`Under 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), counsel for Petitioners Par Pharmaceutical, Inc.

`and Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC request that the Board authorize withdrawal of

`counsel and substitution of new counsel. Patent Owner has not stated it opposes
`
`this motion.

`STATEMENT OF FACTS SHOWING GOOD CAUSE FOR THE
`BOARD TO AUTHORIZE WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL
`
`Petitioners Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. and Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC wish
`
`to withdraw Aziz Burgy as Lead Counsel, substitute new Lead Counsel and add
`
`additional Backup Counsel in the above-captioned inter partes review proceeding.
`

`Accorded (Paper 5) is being filed concurrently.
`
`A decision on whether to institute this inter partes review has already been
`
`issued, and no extensions of time will be needed upon grant of this Motion.
`
`Furthermore, it is believed that this Motion will not hinder the economy, the
`
`integrity of the patent system, the efficiency of the Office, or the ability of the
`
`Office to timely complete this proceeding. See 35 U.S.C. § 316(b).
`
`Thus, Petitioners Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. and Amneal Pharmaceuticals
`
`LLC respectfully request that the Board grant this motion to withdraw counsel
`
`and substitute new counsel. Updated Mandatory Notices Under 37 C.F.R.
`
`§42.8(b)(3) and (b)(4) will be filed upon grant of the present motion.
