`Objections to Evidence Submitted During the Preliminary Proceeding Pursuant to

`37 C.F.R. § 42.64(b)(1) (“Par’s Objections”) under 37 C.F.R. § 42.14. Paragraph
`
`14 of Par’s Objections contains references to the Parties’ confidential business
`
`information and Jazz Exhibit 2037, which Patent Owner Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
`
`has requested to be sealed (see Paper No. 15). Good cause therefore exists for
`
`sealing this information. Petitioner is filing a redacted copy of Par’s Objections
`
`concurrently herewith.

`For the foregoing reasons, Petitioner respectfully requests that the Board

`enter an order sealing the unredacted version of Par’s Objections which discusses
