`Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC, and Par Pharmaceutical, Inc. (together,
`“Petitioner”) filed a Motion for Steven A. Maddox To Appear Pro Hac Vice in
`each of the above-identified proceedings, IPR2015-00545, IPR2015-00546, and
`IPR2015-00547. Paper 21 (“Motion”).2 Upon review of the Motion, as well as a
`Declaration of Mr. Maddox in support (Ex. 1040), we grant the Motion in each
`case.
`

`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motions for pro hac vice admission of Steven
`A. Maddox are granted; Mr. Maddox is authorized to represent Petitioner only as
`back-up counsel in the above-identified proceedings, IPR2015-00545, IPR2015-
`00546, and IPR2015-00547;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to continue to have a registered
`practitioner represent it as lead counsel in the instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Maddox is to comply with the Office Patent
`Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in
`Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Maddox is to be subject to the Office’s
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the USPTO Rules of
`Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et. seq.
