`I, Steven A. Maddox, do hereby declare:

`I am a partner with the law firm Maddox Edwards, PLLC. Lead counsel in

`this inter partes review proceeding is Matthew Ruedy, who is counsel in the law
`
`firm Maddox Edwards, PLLC. Mr. Ruedy is registered to practice before the
`
`United States Patent and Trademark Office and holds Registration Number 64,823.
`
`With respect to this proceeding, I will work closely with Mr. Ruedy.
`

`I hold a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
`
`I hold an undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
`

`I have 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney and have been
`
`involved in several complex intellectual property proceedings.
`

`In my capacity as a partner at Maddox Edwards, PLLC, I have been
`
`extensively involved with litigation matters, including patent litigation matters, in
`
`various United States District Court proceedings.
`

`I am therefore qualified to represent the interests of Amneal Pharmaceuticals

`LLC and Par Pharmaceutical, Inc., as an experienced litigating attorney.

`In my capacity as a partner at Maddox Edwards, PLLC, I have become

`familiar with the legal subject matter, technical subj ect matter, and prior art
`
`involved with U.S. Patent No. 7,765,107.
