`Paul V. Campanelli
`Chief Executive Officer, Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc.
`Mr. Campanelli was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in September
`2012, following the completion of the Company’s acquisition by TPG. Prior
`to the acquisition, Mr. Campanelli, has served as Chief Operating Officer
`and President, Par Pharmaceutical (generics division) and had
`responsibility for Strativa Pharmaceuticals (branded division). He began his
`career at Par in 2001 and was elected by the board of directors as a
`corporate officer in 2007. Mr. Campanelli was Vice President, Business
`Development at Dr Reddy Labs, where he worked from 1997 – 2001.

`Thomas J. Haughey
`General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer
`Mr. Haughey has served as Chief Administrative Officer since 2008,
`Executive Vice President since 2006 and General Counsel and Secretary
`since joining Par in 2003. Mr. Haughey brings over 25 years of accounting,
`legal and pharmaceutical experience to his role as President.
`
`Michael A. Tropiano
`Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
`Mr. Tropiano was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
`Officer in July 2010. He joined Par as Vice President and Treasurer in
`August of 2005. Prior to joining Par, Mr. Tropiano served as Vice President
`and Corporate Treasurer of MedPointe Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2005
`and Assistant Treasurer at Carter-Wallace from 1984 to 2001. He earned
`his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University
`and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Siena College. He is also a
`Chartered Financial Consultant.

`Stephen Montalto
`Senior Vice President, Human Resources
`Mr. Montalto has been the Senior Vice President of Human Resources
`since November 2006. He joined the company in 2001 as Senior Director,
`Human Resources. Previously, Mr. Montalto served as an Executive Search
`Consultant from 1999 to 2001. He began his career in 1986 with positions
`of increasing responsibility at Kraft Foods, Nabisco and Tropicana, Inc. Mr.
`Montalto earned a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Labor and
`Industrial Relations from the State University of New York at Fredonia and
`an MS in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from
`Rutgers University.
