`U.S. Patent No. 6,542,673 is a CONTINUATION-IN-PART of

`Application No. 09/318,451, filed May 25, 1999, now U.S. Patent No.
`
`6,404,953. The ‘673 Patent is the subject of Reexamination No. 95/000,463,
`
`currently pending and on appeal before the PTAB. The ‘673 Patent was
`
`previously the subject of Reexamination No. 90/011,437, for which a
`
`reexamination certificate confirming the patentability of claims 12-14 and 24
`
`and cancelling claim 23 issued May 22, 2012. The ‘673 Patent was also the
`
`subject of Reexamination No. 90/011,758, which was terminated for failure to
`
`present any substantial new question of patentability on February 28, 2012.

`litigation: Cirrex Systems, LLC v Verizon Communications, Inc. et al., Case No.
