`Initial Conference
`
`Dear Board:

`Pursuant to the Board’s July 30, 2015 Case Management and Scheduling Order (Paper 13) in IPR2015‐00529, Patent
`Owner INO Therapeutics LLC requests an initial conference call to discuss scheduling and procedural posture of the IPR.

`In particular, Patent Owner has a conflict with the March 24, 2016 date for oral argument and would also like to discuss
`the unique posture of this IPR given the Board’s claim construction.

`Due to commitments on other matters, Counsel for Patent Owner is not available for the initial conference call from
`August 26‐28.

`Respectfully submitted,

`Dominick A. Conde
