`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a), notice is hereby given that Patent Owner
`
`Dragon Intellectual Property, LLC (“Patent Owner”) appeals to the United States
`
`Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Final Written Decision entered
`
`on June 15, 2016 (Paper 34) in IPR 2015-00499, and from all underlying orders,
`
`decisions, rulings, and opinions.
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), Patent Owner further states
`
`that the issues on appeal include, but are not limited to, the Patent Trial and Appeal
`
`Board’s claim construction, its determination of unpatentability of claims 1–4, 7–
`
`10, 13, and 14 of Patent Owner’s U.S. Patent No. 5,930,444 under 35 U.S.C. § 103,
`
`and its findings underlying those determinations, as well as all other issues decided
`
`adversely to Patent Owner in any orders, decisions, rulings, or opinions.
`
`Simultaneous with submission of this original Notice of Appeal to the
`
`Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, this Notice of Appeal is
`
`being filed with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, a copy of this
`
`Notice of Appeal, along with the required docketing fees, is being filed with the
`
`Clerk’s Office for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
