`Every collection of games has to have a “shoot-em-up” and this is mine.
`BombRun is an exciting space/shooting game. As pilot, your job is to fly a
`spaceship through enemy territory, avoiding the mountains and the bad
`guys, get to the enemy base, and then destroy it. You can change your
`flight speed, fire missiles, and move the ship up and down. Out of gas?

`Frogger was (and still is) one of the classic arcade games that consumed
`thousands of adolescent’s quarters during the 1980’s. Now there’s the
`PalmPilot Version—that may be even more fun. The object is to get the frog
`across the busy street without getting squished. Frogs vs. Cars records high
`scores so when you get home from school or work you can show your loved

`
`You might not ever be a Bobby Fisher or Gary Kasparov {or Big Blue for that
`matter), but that doesn't mean that you can’t have a great time playing
`chess against your PalmPilot. The version 1.1 release of PocketChess is a
`fully featured chess program. With a library of more than 80 opening moves
`and eight levels of difficulty, PocketChess will get and keep any chess
`player's attention.

`

`
`
`The list of outstanding features for PocketChess is extensive and provides a
`realistic game environment for even intermediate and advanced players.
`Some of the best are:
`
`0 You can play against the game, against another human player, or even
`have your PalrnPilot play against another PalmPilot!
`
`9 There are eight levels of difficulty to choose from.
`
`9 When you play, you are notified by a turn indicator, a last move indi—
`cator, and a last piece played indicator.
`
`9 There’s a board setup mode to set up hypothetical chess positions
`and then play them.
`
`Q The Undo Move command undoes moves and remembers all moves
`
`back to the very first move.
`
`0 Need a hint? Use the l H keystroke command and have PocketChess
`make a suggested move. Don’t like what the program did? Iust undo it
`using the IU keystroke command.
`
`6 Reverse Board command flips the board presentation.
`
`6 The chess game you are currently playing is always saved when you
`switch to another PalmPilot application.

`
`Getting Started with Blackiack
`
`The Object of Blackjack is to get the highest score for each row without
`going over 21 points (called busted), all before the time runs out for the
`round. The Difficulty Level sets how much time each round has and
`whether the row points are totaled for you. If you’re not familiar with the
`card game, then start out with your PalmPilot version of Blackjack some—
`what slowly so you can get used to all the features and develop a strategy of
`your own. There are a total of three rounds played in a game and aces are
`automatically set to 1 or 11 depending on how that would affect the row.
