`TRW filed its Petition for Inter Partes Review of US. Pat. No. 8,599,001,
`
`including all necessary accompanying papers,1 on December 16, 2014 by both
`
`email and mail,
`
`in accordance with 37 CFR 42.6 and the PTAB’s website
`
`-(http://wwwuspto.gov/ip/boards/bpai/pmsjsp).
`
`Filing by email and mail was
`
`necessary because Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) was not functioning.
`
`TRW subsequently received an email
`
`from the USPTO (attached hereto as
`
`Appendix A) authorizing TRW to upload its petition and a motion to change the
`
`filing date once PRPS began functioning. TRW has repeatedly checked the status
`
`of PRPS, and it only began functioning again today. Accordingly, TRW is now
`
`uploading its papers today through PRPS. TRW respectfully requests that its filing
`
`date of December 16, 2014 be recognized.
`
`I Accompanying papers included: Motion under 37 CFR 42.6(b)(2)(i);
`
`Exhibits; Power of Attorney; Fee Authorization; Certificate ofService; Certificate
`
`of Mailing.
