`TRW Automotive U.S. LLC respectfully requests acceptance of its Petition
`
`for Inter Partes Review of U.S. Pat. No. 8,599,001, including the accompanying
`
`papers, and requests that the USPTO accord the Petition a filing date of December
`
`16, 2014. TRW attempted to file this case (and three related cases) electronically
`
`on December 16, 2014 using Patent Review Processing System (PRPS), and was
`
`assigned the following case numbers: 2015-00436; 2015-00437; 2015-00438; and
`
`2015-00439. Before the cases could be fully uploaded and filed, however, PRPS
`
`stopped functioning. Upon speaking with USPTO personnel in the USPTO’s
`
`Denver office regarding the problem with PRPS, TRW was directed to tile on
`
`paper with this accompanying motion. The Petition, accompanying papers, and
`
`this motion are being mailed to the USPTO on December 16, 2014, as shown in the
`
`attached Certificate of Mailing. TRW will continue to attempt to file electronically
`
`as well.
