`Subject: RE: IPR2015-00410: Request for a Conference Call With the Board
`
`Counsel:
`
`The parties are authorized to file a joint motion to terminate the proceedings in each case, along with a copy of the
`settlement agreement and a separate request that the settlement agreement be treated as business confidential
`information and be kept separate from the case files under 37 C.F.R. 42.74(c). For guidance on what the joint motion to
`terminate must include, we direct the parties to case IPR2015-00293, Paper 7 (PTAB Jan. 8, 2015).
`
`The papers shall be filed no later than Wednesday, May 20.
`
`
`In light of the foregoing, the deadline for Petitioner’s supplemental brief regarding the real party-in-interest issue, which
`is currently due May 7, 2015, is suspended until further notice.
`
`Thank you,

`Subject: IPR2015-00410: Request for a Conference Call With the Board
`
`To Whom It May Concern:
`
`
`Patent Owner in IPR2015-00410 respectfully requests a conference call with the Board to request leave to file a joint
`motion to terminate the proceedings. The reason for the requested leave to file a joint motion to terminate is that the
`parties have entered into a confidential settlement agreement. Petitioners do not oppose this request.
`
`During the same conference call, Petitioners would also like to request that the Board hold in abeyance the deadline
`(which is currently May 7, 2015) for Petitioners’ supplemental brief and evidence on the real party in interest issue
`(which was authorized by the Board’s April 16, 2015 Order (Paper No. 17)) until after the Board decides all issues relating
`to the proposed joint motion to terminate. Patent Owner does not oppose this request.
`
`Counsel for the parties are available for the requested conference call at the Board’s convenience any time today (May
`6, 2015) and tomorrow (May 7, 2015), and have additional availability should the Board so require. Thank you very
`much.
