`On February 18, 2015, Petitioner filed a motion requesting
`
`authorization for its current lead counsel, Anne Elise Herold Li, to withdraw
`
`from this proceeding. Paper 11. Petitioner further requests the substitution
`
`of current back-up counsel, John W. Bateman (Reg. No. 41,602), as lead
`
`counsel in this proceeding, and the designation of Karen C. Shen (Reg. No.
`
`60,412) as back-up counsel. Patent Owner does not oppose Petitioner’s
`
`motion.
`
`Upon consideration, Petitioner’s motion is granted, provided that
`
`Petitioner updates its mandatory notices to reflect the changes in lead
`
`counsel and back-up counsel, in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8, and
`
`update counsel information in the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS).
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion to withdraw Anne Elise Herold
`
`Li and to substitute John W. Bateman as lead counsel is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner promptly shall update its
`
`mandatory notices to reflect the changes in lead counsel and back-up
`
`counsel, in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED FURTHERED ORDERED that Petitioner
`
`promptly shall update counsel information in the Patent Review Processing
`
`System (PRPS) to reflect this change.
