`[Detailed Description of Invention]
`[0001]
`[Technical Field of Invention] The present invention relates to an electronic still camera device
`where wireless communication of image information is possible.
`[0002]
`[Background Technology} In recent years, electronic still cameras that store a shot image on a
`semiconductor storage device or a magnetic disk instead of a silver halide film are being sold by
`various companies. These electronic stiil cameras often use a PC card that can connect directly to
`a personal computer or the like as an external storage medium. A memory card, a hard disk card,
`or the like is implemented as the PC card, but because each card is extremely expensive compared
`to the silver halide film and inferior in terms of durability, in a situation when, for example, using
`the electronic still camera to shoot a commemorative photo while on a vacation or the like, a
`plurality of these expensive PC cards must be carried constantly, which is extremely inconvenient.
`Therefore, in recent years, a technology is proposed that enables communicating the shot image to
`a large storage device in a remote location by equipping a mobile telephone function on these
`electronic still cameras (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. Hei 6—l3308l
`and the like).
`[0003] A conventional electronic still camera equipped with the mobile telephone function will be

`still camera equipped with the mobile telephone function is configured by the above components 1
`to 21. 22 is a memory controller that performs control of image data of a common memory 23 and

`matching between the main body of the electronic still camera and the external storage medium.
`The microcomputer 10 commands each memory controller 22 via the memoiy controller 5, the
`display circuit 13, the TDMA processing circuit 19, and the card interface 9 based on the operation
`of the user from the operation switch 12B and performs management of the attribute information
`(such as the slroothrg-cmrditions)-o’Etheimagefiata.—"Plm-usertrmmmnsamminnand to the
`microcomputer 10 by the operation switch 12B and performs operation of the entire electronic still
