`Tom is General Attorney and Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property in AT&T’s Legal
`Department, serving as AT&T’s Chief IP Counsel and head of the AT&T IP Legal group. Tom is
`responsible for all intellectual property legal advice and counsel to the businesses of the AT&T
`enterprise such as AT&T Mobility, AT&T Business Solutions, AT&T Supply Chain, Brand as well
`as for M&A activities. Tom also provides advice to the AT&T IP Business on matters such as the
`filing of patent and trademark applications, assertions against patent infringers, policing the brand
`and the licensing of patents, trademarks and service marks, software and technical information.
`Tom is also responsible for all legal advice and counsel to AT&T Labs and is responsible for all
`pre­litigation IP defensive matters for AT&T. He also supports all defensive IP litigation activities.
