`The Patent Owner, The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of

`New York ("Columbia") and the Petitioner, Symantec Corporation ("Symantec"), by

`and through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate as follows:

`On July 10, 2015, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued an
`
`Amended Scheduling Order in the Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 8,074,115
`
`(IPR2015-00375, Paper 16) setting forth due dates "for the parties to take action
`
`after institution of the proceeding."
`

`The Scheduling Order further states that the "parties may stipulate to
`
`different dates for DUE DATES 1 through 5 (earlier or later, but no later than DUE
`
`DATE 6)." Paper 16 at 1-2.

`Columbia and Symantec hereby jointly stipulate to modify DUE DATE
`
`2 as follows:

`Modified DUE DATE 2. . .January 15, 2015, now January 8, 2016
