`Pursuant to 37 C.F. R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s July 10, 2015 Amended
`
`Scheduling Order (Paper 16), Petitioner Symantec Corporation hereby requests an
`
`oral argument on the issues set forth below at a time set by the Board. Oral
`
`argument is presently scheduled for March 16, 2016.
`
`Counsel for Petitioner met and conferred with counsel for Patent Owner and
`
`the parties agree that the hearings in IPR2015-00375 and IPR2015-00377 could be
`
`concluded in one half-day session and that each side should have 90 minutes
`
`collectively to present its case in both matters.
`
`Petitioner opposes any request by Patent Owner for live testimony of its
`
`expert, Dr. Cybenko.
`
`Petitioner requests that the Board provide audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits and evidence of record, including the use of a projector and
`
`screen for displaying documents.
`
`Petitioner requests oral argument on all issues raised in the parties’ filings,
`
`including but not limited to the following:
`

`
`Whether claims 1-42 of U.S. Patent No. 8,074,115 B2 are
`
`unpatentable based on the grounds on which the Board instituted trial.
`

`
`Any issues specified by Patent Owner in a request for oral argument.
