`PATENT OWNER’S NOTICE OF RE-SUBMISSION OF EXHIBITS
`
`

`
`

`
`
`
`Patent Owner Network-1 Technologies, Inc. (“Patent Owner” or “Network-
`
`1”) hereby provides notice that Patent Owner is submitting herewith Patent
`
`Owner’s Exhibit Nos. A2005, A2006, A2007, A2008, A2009, and A2010 to
`
`replace Patent Owner’s Exhibit Nos. 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010,
`
`which were previously filed on September 18, 2015 with Patent Owner’s
`
`Response. It is respectfully submitted that Exs. A2005-A2010 are identical to Exs.
`
`2005-2010, except that:
`
`1.
`
`Exs. A2005-A2010 have better image qualities than the image
`
`qualities of previously filed Exs. 2005-2010; and
`
`2.
`
`Pages 97, 193, and 289 of previously filed Ex. 2006 (i.e., first pages
`
`of parts 2, 3, and 4 of Ex. 2006) include duplicate pages because the exhibit labels
`
`affixed to those pages obscure portions of the text on those pages. See 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.63(d)(2)(ii). On the other hand, pages 97, 193, and 289 of Ex. A2006 do not
`
`include duplicate pages since the exhibit labels on those pages have been re-
`
`positioned so that they do not obscure any portion of the text on those pages.
`
`Patent Owner has conferred with Petitioner’s counsel regarding the
`
`substitution of Patent Owner’s previously filed exhibits with exhibits having better
`
`image qualities and Petitioner does not oppose Patent Owner’s substitution.
