`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner respectfully requests oral
`
`argument. The oral argument is presently scheduled for March 22, 2016. Paper
`
`21. The issues to be addressed include the following:
`
`1. Unpatentability of claim 18 of U.S. Patent No. 7,095,945 under 35 U.S.C. §
`
`103 as being obvious over Hatanaka;
`
`2. Unpatentability of claim 18 of U.S. Patent No. 7,095,945 under 35 U.S.C. §
`
`103 as being obvious over Hatanaka in view of O’Connor;
`
`3. Any procedural and evidentiary issues raised by the parties;
`
`4. Any additional issue the parties raise or propose to raise at or before the oral
`
`argument; and
`
`5. Any additional issues on which the Board seeks information or clarification.
`
`
`
`Petitioner requests that they be permitted to argue first. Office Patent Trial
`
`Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 45,756, 48,768 (Aug. 14, 2012). Petitioner requests
`
`thirty minutes for its argument with the opportunity to reserve time for a rebuttal.
`
`
`
`Petitioner further requests the use of audio-visual equipment to assist its
`
`arguments and to display is demonstrative exhibits, including a computer-
`
`connectable projector, an ELMO, and a screen.
`
`
`
`Petitioner requests the services of a court reporter to transcribe the
`
`proceeding.
