`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Texas, the

`Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the

`Federal Circuit.

`litigation in both state and federal court. I am familiar with the subject matter at

`issue in this proceeding, including the prior art on which the Petitioners rely and
`
`U.S. Patent Nos. 8,542,643 (“the ’643 Patent”) and 7,477,624 (“the ’624 Patent”).
`
`I have also reviewed the pertinent issues of claim construction that have been
`
`briefed in this proceeding.

`I have represented Patent Owner Bandspeed, Inc. in the civil action

`Bandspeed v. Qualcomm, Inc., et al., 1:14-cv-00436 (W.D. Tex.) in which the
