`Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, I, Michael L. Kiklis, the undersigned, hereby

`declare as follows:

`My name is Michael L. Kiklis. I am over eighteen years of age,
`
`of sound mind, and in all ways qualified and competent to make this declaration. I
`
`have personal knowledge of the facts contained in this declaration and they are true
`
`and correct.

`I am a partner in the law firm of Oblon, McClelland, Maier &
`
`Neustadt L.L.P., counsel for Petitioner WesternGeco L.L.C. (“WesternGeco”). I
`
`am licensed to practice law in the State of Virginia as well as the District of

`Columbia.

`Exhibit 1024 is a true and correct copy of an article entitled
`
`“Recommended Standards for Digital Tape Format,” which appeared in Vol. 40,
`
`Issue 2 of Geophysics (April 1975). Exhibit 1024 was purchased by my law firm
`
`from the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (“SEG”) Digital Library on June 24,
`
`2015. Exhibit 1024 can be purchased from SEG at the following url:

`
`webpage has been appended to Exhibit 1024.

`I hereby declare that all statements made herein of my own
