`
`Dear Sir:
`
`As instructed by the USPTO, Assignee submitted the attached Fee Deficiency Statement and
`
`Payment under 37 C.F.R. 1.28 on September 24, 2013 via facsimile to the Maintenance Fee Branch
`
`(fax confirmation sheet also attached). On September 25, 2013, our Deposit Account No. 50-4242
`
`was charged for the payment amount of $1,035.00 set forth on the attached. The deposit account
`
`charge also referenced the correct docket number for this case (10046-2000101). However, we have
`
`not yet received a paper formally confirming the acceptance of the September 24, 2013 Fee
`
`Deficiency submission and the related entity status update. After inquiry, we learned from your
`
`office that, although the payment was processed, the corresponding statement was not fully
`
`processed. As requested, we are resubmitting a copy of that statement to your office directly
`
`through electronic submission.
