`deposition of James S. Hall upon oral examination. The deposition will be taken

`on November 24, 2015 beginning at 9:00 a.m., at the New York City offices of

`WilmerHale, located at 7 World Trade Center 250 Greenwich Street New York,
`
`New York 10007. The deposition will be videotaped and recorded by stenographic
`
`means by a court reporter licensed to administer oaths, arranged for by Petitioner’s
`
`counsel. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred
`
`and agreed upon this.
