`On November 21, 2014, Hulu, LLC (“Hulu”) requested authorization to file
`a Motion to Withdraw Stacy Chen as current lead counsel because Stacy Chen is
`leaving the law firm of Keker & Van Nest, LLP. Hulu indicated its intent to file
`updated mandatory notices and an updated power of attorney designating
`replacement lead counsel concurrently with the motion to withdraw. We grant
`Hulu’s request to file a motion to withdraw counsel. Hulu’s motion to withdraw
`counsel should confirm the following: (1) that there will be no changes to the
`schedule based on the change in counsel and (2) that the updated mandatory
`notices and updated power of attorney are filed concurrently with the motion to
`withdraw counsel. Lead counsel of record, Stacy Chen, will serve as counsel until
`the Motion to Withdraw is granted.

`ORDERED that Hulu is authorized to file a Motion to Withdraw counsel.
