`exercise our discretion to issue one order to be filed in each case. The

`In IPR2014-01235, Petitioner submitted Exhibit 1008, a document
`
`translated from a language other than English, and did not include the
`
`requisite affidavit under 37 C.F.R. § 42.63(b) attesting to the accuracy of the
`
`translation. Nestlé USA, Inc., v. Steuben Foods, Inc., Case IPR2014-01235
`
`(PTAB Feb. 20, 2015) (Paper 26). In response to a conference call on the
`
`matter, the Board ordered Petitioner to file such affidavit pursuant to
`
`37 C.F.R. § 42.5(a) and (b). Id.
`
`In other inter partes reviews between these parties involving related
`
`patents, essentially the same omission occurred, and Petitioner contacted the
`
`Board to ask if the omission should be remedied in the same manner.2 We
`
`direct that the same procedure be followed in each case.
`
`Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDERED that no later than March 2, 2015, Petitioner file as an
`
`exhibit the affidavit, previously served upon Patent Owner, that attests to the
`
`accuracy of the associated translation in each proceeding.3
`
