`On July 16, 2015, Patent Owner filed, in each of the above-captioned
`proceedings, a Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Mr. Michael D. Saunders
`
`

`Paper 24. After considering Patent Owner’s Motion and accompanying
`Declaration, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Mr.
`Michael D. Saunders is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a registered
`practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceeding, but Mr. Michael D. Saunders
`is authorized to be designated as backup counsel; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Michael D. Saunders is to comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Title 37, Part 42 of the C.F.R., and is subject to the USPTO’s
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the USPTO Rules of
`Professional Conduct as set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
