`Petitioners’ version of Exhibit 1007 as served on Patent Owner and as filed with

`the Board. Nor was Chapter 4 of Duato served or filed in connection with any of
`
`the other pending inter partes reviews of U.S. Patent No. 7,296,121. Patent Owner
`
`did not receive a copy of Chapter 4 of Duato until Petitioners served their present
`
`motion to correct, on March 26, 2015.
`

`Petitioners did not raise the issue of correction of Exhibit 1007 to add
`
`additional pages from Duato until March 17, 2015, when counsel for Petitioners
`
`emailed me to request Patent Owner’s consent to the present motion. Such email
`
`did not attach or otherwise include any pages from Chapter 4 of Duato.
`
