`On July 22, 2015, Petitioner Apple Inc. (“Apple”) filed, in each of the
`above-captioned proceedings, a Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Mr. Michael Rueckheim and a supporting affidavit. IPR2015-00159, Paper 19;
`IPR2015-00159, Ex. 1021; IPR2015-00163, Paper 25; IPR2015-00163, Ex. 1024.
`Having considered Apple’s Motion and the accompanying affidavit, we determine
`that Apple has established good cause for Mr. Rueckheim’s pro hac vice
`admission. Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that Apple’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Mr. Michael Rueckheim is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Michael Rueckheim is authorized to
`represent Apple as backup counsel in the instant proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Apple shall continue to have a registered
`practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceedings; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Michael Rueckheim shall comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of Title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and is subject to
`the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a) and the Office’s
`Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
