`chome, Ohta-ku, Tokyo, Japan 146-8501, and Canon U.S.A., Inc. are the real

`parties-in-interest. Canon Inc. is the owner of U.S. Patent 8,280,278 (the ‘278
`
`Patent). An Assignment was recorded with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
`
`on January 24, 2008, at Reel No. 020412, Frame No. 0670.
`
`Related Matters
`
`Canon is aware of the following related litigation matters: (1) Certain Toner
`
`Cartridges and Components Thereof, Inv. No. 337-TA-918 (U.S.I.T.C. instituted
`
`June 6, 2014), which is currently pending, (2) Canon Inc. v. Aster Graphics, Inc. et
`
`al. Nos. 1:14-cv-00537, 1:14-cv-00547, 1:14-cv-00551, 1:14-cv-00554, 1:14-cv-
`
`00555, and 1:14-cv-00558 (S.D.N.Y. filed Jan 29, 2014), as well as Nos. 1:14-cv-
`
`03311 through 03313 (S.D.N.Y. filed May 7, 2014), which are stayed pending the
`
`resolution of the above-identified ITC investigation, and (3) Canon Inc. v. Print-
`
`Rite N.A., Inc. et al. Nos. 1:14-cv-00540 through 00543, 1:14-cv-00562, 1:14-cv-
`
`03308 through 03310, and 1:14-cv-03314 through 03316, which are terminated
`
`cases from the S.D.N.Y. Also, the following patents and pending patent
`

`applications claim the benefit of the priority of the filing date of the subject patent:
