`You can transfer points into the frequent flyer programs of any of our 12 participating
`airline partners.

`1. Call the airline's reservation number to check seat availability and the number
`of frequent flyer miles needed for your desired flight. Tell the airline you
`intend to use frequent flyer miles-this may limit availability.
`2. If seats are available, make your reservation. Be sure to get a confirmation
`number. Please note: TWA and Virgin Atlantic require you to transfer your
`Membership Rewards points before booking your reservation.
`3. Search for and select the airline's frequent flyer program. Click Transfer Now
`Membership Rewards points (see chart below for required increments). You
`should only transfer Membership Rewards points to your frequent flyer
`program if you have a confirmed reservation because you cannot reverse a
`points transfer.
`4. Allow 3-5 business days to complete a transfer into a domestic airline's
`frequent flyer program. For an international airline's program, allow 14
`business days. Call the airline back to confirm that points have been
`transferred. Then redeem your miles for your reward.

`Important: Frequent flyer miles are not equivalent to actual distances. It's possible to belong to more than one
`frequent flyer program while you're enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. The continental U.S. does
`not include Alaska and Hawaii. To enroll in Southwest Rapid Rewards with Membership Rewards points, you
`must transfer a minimum of 1,250 points into your Rapid Rewards account. The enrollment fee for EL AL has
`been reduced to $15 for Membership Rewards Basic Cardmembers who sign up through American Express.
`Additional Cardmembers can sign up through EL AL for $35. To enroll in Aeromexico Club Premier, you must
`transfer a minimum of 1,000 points into your Club Premier account.
