`2013), in which U.S. Patent Nos. 7,165,927, 7,771,153, and 8,197,172 have been

`asserted. These are also the three patents at issue in IPR Nos. 2015-00083, 2015-
`
`00084, 2015-00085, 2015-00087, and 2015-00088. U.S. Patent Application Nos.
`
`13/492,341 and 14/080,590 have a common specification with the patents at issue
`
`in these IPRs. There are no other matters that involve issues that may affect, or be
`
`affected by, a decision in this proceeding.
