`Petitioners Hughes Network Systems, LLC and Hughes Communications,
`
`Inc. (collectively, “Hughes” or “Petitioner”) respectfully requests oral argument on
`
`the issues set forth below. An oral hearing is presently scheduled for January 26,
`
`2016 (Paper 19).
`
`Without intent to waive consideration of any issue not requested, Petitioner
`
`intends to submit arguments at the oral hearing in this matter on the ground of
`
`unpatentability on which this Trial was instituted: Claims 1 and 2 under 35 U.S.C.
`
`§ 102 as anticipated by Divsalar. Petitioner also intends to submit arguments at the
`
`oral hearing on any other motions or issues that remain pending at the time of the
`
`hearing, including Patent Owner’s allegation that unrelated DISH Network entities
`
`are Real Parties-in-Interest to this proceeding, to the extent the Board considers
`
`that allegation to remain at issue.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for PowerPoint
`
`display.
