`Echostar/Hughes v. Caltech: IPR2015-00059
`
`Eliot:
`
`As you recall, the Board (Paper 21) ordered Hughes and EchoStar to produce (1) legal bills demonstrating DISH
`involvement in the IPR proceedings and (2) any communications from DISH related to drafts and approvals of IPR
`petitions. While the Board issued its discovery order a month ago, to date we have not received Hughes’ and EchoStar’s
`production, nor have we even received any indication that you intend to comply with the order.
`
`Please respond and let me know the date by which Hughes and EchoStar intend to complete production. In view of the
`elapsed time since the discovery order was issued on May 11, as well as the limited time before Caltech’s patent owner
`response is due, I ask that you provide this date of discovery compliance by June 19th, 2015. If for some reason you are
`unable to do so, please respond at your earliest convenience and let me know the circumstances preventing compliance
`by June 19th, 2015.
`
`Regards,
`
