`Petitioner’s Request for Refund of Post-Institution Fees
`

`
`Petitioner Iron Dome challenged 17 claims in the inter partes review (IPR)
`
`petition against the challenged patent. For challenging these 17 claims, Petitioner
`
`prepaid $14,000 for the post-institution fee (for up to 15 claims) and $800 for the
`
`two claims in excess of 15 ($400 for each excess claim). This IPR petition was
`
`instituted on eight of the challenged claims (i.e. claims 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11).
`

`Because the IPR petition was instituted on less than 15 claims, Petitioner
`
`respectfully requests a refund of $800 for the post-institution fee that was prepaid
`
`for two claims in excess of 15. The filing fee was paid by credit card. Accordingly,
`
`Petitioner requests that this amount of $800 be refunded to Petitioner’s credit card,
`
`the original method of payment.
